I help adults and teens by providing a safe, understanding, and supportive space to open up about what's going on in their hearts, minds, and lives. We will discuss problems, create solutions, learn more effective ways to communicate, and set boundaries in relationships. My goal is to help you establish healthy habits to meet your physical, emotional, and social needs.

You’re going through tough times. I want to help you feel uplifted, more satisfied with your life, confident, and supported. You can openly express your thoughts and feelings.

Understandably, you might feel hesitant about how therapy works, if it’s going to help you or if you’re going to have a good connection with your therapist.

Therapy can help you look at your situation from a different angle. It equips you with skills to boost your mood. It can give you hope and courage to make lifelong changes. It can make mental health challenges less challenging.

Sometimes pain and dissatisfaction show up in anger and irritability; sometimes, it shows up in loss of interest in doing things that used to bring them joy. Some people withdraw from their social circles and find it hard to focus at work or school. Others notice a change in their sleep and eating habits.

You may be struggling alone, but relief can begin today. Contact me today to learn how I can support you.

My Approach

The heart of my work is my spirit of caring and believing that things can and will change even when it doesn't feel like it.

I provide individual therapy for adults and teens.

I’m here to listen when you don’t feel heard; I’m here to cheer you on when life gets tough; I’m here to help you believe that what seems impossible is possible; I’m here to help you get through your life.

You don't have to keep things bottled up or stay in a cycle of dysfunctional relationships.

I can help you improve your emotional well-being, transform relationships, and transition through major life changes.
